We offer "True Western Hospitality", including, among other things, a safe, friendly, clean, comfortable environment.  Our claim to fame is "The Best Rest for Less", partly due to our great beds, both queens and doubles.   Motel rooms range from quaint country cottages to 400+ sq ft handicap accessible luxury suites. 

We are a pet friendly motel & offer at door parking w plug ins, playground & picnic area w grill, truck parking, free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a mic & fridge in every room & for our pheasant hunters a newly remodeled bird cleaning  station & freezers.  For you with campers we also have camper hook ups.

The Dew Drop Inn Motel was originally the Sunset Motel and was built in 1959.  Later the name was changed to Lips Motel under ownership of the Lips family who in 1987 built the Luxury Suites and completely remodeled the Deluxe Doubles.  The property became the Dew Drop Inn Motel when purchased by Michael and Mierra Fawcett in February of 92. 

Since then, except for a brief time when a couple from Maine tried their hand at the business, the Fawcetts have owned it and continued to upgrade the property.  They have run the motel on and off since 92, getting away at times to get refreshed, and finding out through hard knocks that managing a hospitality business from afar is risky business.
