Yankton Campgrounds


Whether it is spring, summer or fall, the beautiful campgrounds of Yankton always seem to fill up. With the Lewis and Clark Resevoir, Missouri River and over 150 gift shops nearby, in-state and out-of-state guests flock weekend after weekend to view some of South Dakota's finest features. Along with the many year long attractions, Yankton hosts a cultural and recreational celebration called Riverboat Days, where more than 135,000 people enjoy cultural art displays, diverse food offerings, a golf tournament, and a spirited parade and rodeo. This weekend campgrounds are few and far between, so we suggest booking in advance.
